Making the decision to go to therapy is not always an easy one. I believe that it takes real strength and courage to make the commitment to  work on yourself and things that you are struggling with. I believe that developing a strong working relationship with your therapist is essential for successful therapy, and I therefore strive to develop a trusting, empathic, and non-judgmental relationship. 

I have had training in a number of different therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and crisis intervention. 

I believe that everyone is different and has different needs and goals for therapy. Therefore, I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that may integrate a number of different techniques and treatment modalities to best suit your needs.
